These Terms of Service govern access to the VEKYZ website and purchases made through VEKYZ.
VEKYZ is operated by Alltiva Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.
Online Store
VEKYZ operates an online retail store offering apparel and related products.
Products may be sourced and fulfilled through third-party suppliers, sourcing agents, warehouses and logistics providers located in different countries.
Regardless of the fulfillment method, purchases made through VEKYZ remain subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity required to enter into the transaction or have any consent required under applicable law.
Customers must provide accurate and complete information.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately present product descriptions, materials, measurements, sizing, colors and images.

Shipping and Delivery

Our standard estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days, depending on the destination and region.
Orders may be fulfilled from international warehouses and may arrive in separate packages.
Returns and Refunds

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Promotions and Discount Codes

Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it.
Subject to applicable law and privacy rights, you grant VEKYZ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with operating and promoting VEKYZ.
We may moderate fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or irrelevant content.
VEKYZ will not knowingly present fabricated reviews as genuine customer experiences.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website to:
- violate applicable law;
- commit fraud;
- interfere with website security;
- introduce malicious software;
- unlawfully collect information;

- infringe intellectual property rights; or

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees, warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alltiva Global LLC will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Governing Law
Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms and disputes involving VEKYZ will be governed by laws applicable to Alltiva Global LLC in Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose mandatory laws provide additional protections or rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction, this provision does not remove those rights.
Severability
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
The latest version will be published with an updated revision date.
Updates will not retroactively remove rights already acquired by customers where prohibited by law.
